Amazing customer service!

Amazing customer service. Had to email the company regarding the screws and bolts. They responded quickly and was willing to help. They followed up with me until the issue was resolved. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I’m extremely happy with this bunk bed! The frame feels sturdy, looks great, and was fairly straightforward to assemble. It’s perfect for saving space while still feeling solid and secure.

What really stood out to me, though, was the outstanding customer service. One part arrived damaged during shipping, and Sarah from Team Vecelo was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the replacement process. She made everything quick, easy, and stress-free, and the replacement part arrived promptly.

It’s refreshing to see a company stand behind their product and truly take care of their customers. Huge thanks to Sarah and Team Vecelo for the excellent support. I would definitely recommend this bunk bed to anyone looking for quality and great customer service!

Poor quality furniture and no customer service

I will be sure to continue sharing this poor review with as many outlets as possible. My purchase was delivered with the wrong foot for one of my chairs. After sending multiple emails, including photos, I still have not received the correct part. It was as if no one spoke English. Finally, someone acknowledged the simple request I made, but nothing was done about it. What I didn't mention is that one of the chairs had a leg that was short. I will never buy from this company again, and I suggest you don't either.

I recently purchased two twin bed frame from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the customer service. Unfortunately, part of my delivery was stolen from my porch after it arrived, and I was worried I’d be stuck trying to replace the missing pieces on my own.
Their team went above and beyond to help me out. They were responsive, understanding, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They quickly worked with me to get the missing parts replaced so I could finish assembling the bed frame without a huge delay.
It’s rare to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers after the sale, but this one absolutely does. The bed frame itself is sturdy and looks great, and the outstanding support made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by excellent customer service.
